Aesthetic Atrocities From The World Of Beer. We love the stuff, but bloody hell, some brewers should be tied up in hop pockets and beaten with malt-shovels.
I'm not sure that is eligible for pumpclip parade!A lot of Moorhouse's branding is based around Witches. i.e. Witches Brew and Black Cat. The area has a rich history of Witch folklore. What exactly is wrong with this pump clip?
Look closely at the background image?Seemed pretty obvious to me...Witches... fine, no worries, even blonde ones. But why topless?
I actually assumed that was a pint glass or just shading, but I suppose it does look a bit like a boob. A trick of the light or intentional? Probably the latter but hard to be sure!
When I saw the clip it was immediately obvious. Perhaps my brain has oddly enhanced boob-recognition :(My grainy camera phone photo isn't the best, this is better: http://www.mybrewerytap.com/media/catalog/product/cache/1/image/5e06319eda06f020e43594a9c230972d/M/O/MORHOUSEBLNDWTCH01.jpgPresumably someone's idea of being cheeky.
The boob? With a hint of nipple?
I've heard beer described as being "as flat as a witch's tit" ;-)
I thought it was a sunset.
It's mostly offensive because of the missing 'e' on blonde, although maybe it's not a female witch...which doesn't help the case for the breast.
All pumpclips should have boobs on
Sold as Blond Bitch in the US, which is a much better reason to get all aerated.
